My Pandemic Thoughts...

1. Definitely holding my baby close as I am grateful that we are together.

2. I am never taking for granted seeing my family, going to the grocery store (without 'black friday' style crazies), or walking into a restaurant... EVER again. I remember I hugged a stranger once in high school. I accidentally rear ended a woman on a rainy day, we both got out of the car and she told me not to worry about it because there wasn't a mark on either car. I didn't know her, but I gave her a huge hug. We wouldn't be able to do that right now. Just seems like a small act of kindness that we take for granted. Crazy.

3. Thankful to have jobs that I can work from home. 🙏

4. Staying positive and working on getting super JACKED this month lol Or at least just spending more time exercising now that we have extra time. Staying healthy physically and mentally.

5. I'm falling even more in love with Sean since being home together this past week. Didn't think that was possible...

6. Feeling overwhelmed with emotions so I deleted the Facebook app off my phone and won't be watching the news for now, just to give my mind a mental retreat. I have a news app for the important stuff. I will still be on Facebook as I love connecting with groups and such, and I love seeing the positivity and utilizing all the cool free virtual classes and tours that are out now, and most of my work is on Facebook. Just don't want to mindlessly scroll anymore.

8. Been trying to still support small businesses. We're mostly not spending money just to be safe, but doing our best. I buy my tea from a particular small business, and other items like that. Us small business peeps have to stick together. #supportsmallbusiness ❤️

7. I am a BELIEVER, so I am comforted by His love in all of this. But I'm still human, so I am still allowed to feel the feels, and cry when needed. We are all allowed to!

8. I am a huge extrovert so this is hard for me. Thankful for social media groups, and online meeting platforms.

9. 100% getting my large garden started this year. I have a fire in my bones to be more self-sufficient. Chickens next! Just need to build something for them first.

10. I am probably going to paint my whole house over the next 3 weeks so that will be fun! Maybe if I do something cool I'll post pics :)

I read a post by someone saying that we are all experiencing a sense of "awakening" of sorts right now. And I'm really feeling that. Enjoying time to be still and just be a wife and mom. Our world is so fast paced that I forget I don't have to be moving ALL the time. Taking it slow for a few weeks.

Also - Jullie is saying "hi!" to all the characters on the TV. Glad she's getting some practice with her social skills since she won't be seeing other people for awhile 😂
